My iPOD NANO Encounter – I am sure you have heard of this device. If I recall correctly, it was in the year 2006 that I got my first Apple device as a recognition for my first ever Six Sigma Green Belt project that I did. iPod was a device of fantasy those days and having one was a great feeling, especially when you haven’t paid a dime for it. These iPODs were given to select employees who had shown considerable improvement in moving some of the critical metrics for the organization through Six Sigma Methodology. Honestly speaking I had heard a lot about the quality of Apple products both for their software and hardware but, I was never a Apple fan to be honest.

Did the Nano change my perception? Well Yes and No, I did like the sleek looks and feather touch features, but I was way to intimidating for me to use iTunes and making connections and unnecessary security alerts. That was way too much for me to handle as a youngster.

Did I start liking Apple Devices Now? Humm, the Hardware yes but the IOS well not really, my wife has an iPhone which she is a big fan of but I am an Android user and I really like the openness of the system while keeping it secure at the same time. I would though reiterate that the Hardware Quality of Apple’s products is unbeatable, and I like them.
