Syed offers you unmatched advice on Six Sigma / Process Excellence / Business Excellence / Strategy Formulation / Trainings / Workshops and Work-out Sessions to boost your business revenues and enhance cost optimization programs. Syed has had experience of working with diverse industries from Information technology to Manufacturing to Insurance to Telecom to BPO in leadership roles. His last assignment (2018) was with Max Life insurance as Vice President and National Head of Corporate Quality. In 2018 he decided to venture in Quality Consulting and Entrepreneurship, since then he has been working with various big and small national and international clients. His additional professional activities include certifications like Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Business Excellence Assessor, Certified ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Life Coach from Achology USA. Syed is a Process Identification, Documentation, Reengineering, and Measurement System Specialist, he is also the creator of “Sigma LITE” an easy-to-use tool kit for problem solving based on the world famous Six Sigma methodology and Dr Juran’s 12 step Problem solving techniques. Syed has a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management.

Syed is also a trained Lean and program management expert who can help you overcome your day-to-day business challenges & long-term persisting business problems by helping you with program management skills, stakeholder management, project scoping and Large-Scale Transformation Projects. Syed has worked and led large scale transformation projects in his career in the field of Life Insurance, General Insurance Telecom which were on the scale of more than 150 million USD.
Syed is a certified trainer on Six Sigma, ISO and Innovation and other problem-solving methodologies and have trained more than 3000 personnel on various methodologies for all levels of employees from CEOs to Operations Executives.
